Lead, mentor, and inspire our team of sales professionals to reach their full potential and exceed performance goals.

Oversee daily agency operations to ensure we provide consistent, top-tier service to every client who walks through our doors.

Analyze sales metrics and industry trends to identify new growth opportunities for the district.

Foster a positive, inclusive office culture where collaboration and individual growth are prioritized.

Manage budgets, staffing needs, and resource allocation to maintain a healthy and efficient office environment.

Virginia Property Casualty and Life Health insurance licenses.

Five or more years of experience in the insurance industry with a track record of leadership.

Deep understanding of the Manassas, Virginia market and regional business dynamics.

Advanced proficiency in agency management software and sales reporting tools.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Established network of community or professional contacts in the Northern Virginia area.
