11 North Aesthetics is seeking an experienced, patient-centered Florida-licensed Nurse Practitioner to join our boutique wellness and aesthetics practice in Fernandina Beach, serving Amelia Island and the greater Jacksonville area.

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for an NP who enjoys HRT/BHRT/TRT, medical weight loss, GLP-1 management, peptide therapy, lab interpretation, preventive wellness, and long-term patient relationships.

Practice meaningful wellness medicine without the stress and financial risk of owning a practice. You will have Medical Director support, established clinic infrastructure, and the opportunity to help grow a high-touch wellness program.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct wellness, hormone-optimization, and medical-weight-loss consultations.

• Review patient history, symptoms, medications, goals, and laboratory results.

• Develop individualized treatment plans within practice protocols and applicable laws.

• Prescribe and manage HRT, medical weight-loss treatments, GLP-1 medications, and peptide protocols as clinically appropriate.

• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans, and provide ongoing education and follow-up.

• Maintain timely EMR documentation and collaborate with the Medical Director, compounding pharmacies, and clinic team.

• Deliver a polished, personalized patient experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Florida Nurse Practitioner license.

• DEA registration, or ability to obtain one before starting.

• At least 1 year of NP prescribing experience.

• Experience in wellness, primary care, functional medicine, endocrinology, obesity medicine, women’s/men’s health, urgent care, or medical aesthetics.

• Comfortable assessing patients, ordering/reviewing labs, prescribing, managing follow-up, and adjusting treatment plans.

• Able to work full-time and on-site in Fernandina Beach, FL.

Preferred Experience

• HRT, BHRT, TRT, hormone optimization, menopause, or men’s health.

• Medical weight loss, GLP-1s, peptides, functional medicine, or integrative wellness.

• Compounding-pharmacy workflows, concierge medicine, private practice, wellness, or med spa experience.

Compensation

• Starting at $60/hour, based on directly relevant experience.

• Defined performance incentives.

• Full-time W-2 employment.

• Monday–Friday daytime schedule with no weekends.
