Oversee daily operations and drive business growth within the Spotsylvania Courthouse market.

Recruit, train, and support a talented team of insurance producers to meet their individual goals.

Develop and implement sales strategies that align with our long-term vision for community impact.

Build and maintain strong relationships with community leaders, partners, and local business owners.

Monitor performance metrics and provide constructive feedback to ensure high service standards.

Maintain compliance with all state regulations and company underwriting guidelines.

Active Virginia Property Casualty insurance license.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the insurance industry with a track record of growth.

Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide a sales team toward consistent outcomes.

In-depth knowledge of local insurance markets and risk management strategies.

Proficiency in agency management software and digital lead tracking systems.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
