Position: RN/Unit Manager
Status: Full-Time
Qualifications:
- Valid Arkansas Nursing License
- Current CPR Certification
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with staff, residents, families, and visitors
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of nursing activities in compliance with long-term care regulations.
- Lead and supervise nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care.
- Collaborate with staff, residents, and families in a professional and tactful manner.
- Manage nursing staff schedules and participate in on-call responsibilities.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the nursing team.
