Pay: $18.00–$22.00 per hour
Shifts: 1st & 2nd Shift Available

We are seeking a detail-oriented Preweigher to join a fast-paced cosmetics manufacturing facility in Riverside. The Preweigher is responsible for accurately weighing, measuring, and preparing raw materials and ingredients according to production formulas and specifications.
Schedule
- Monday–Thursday: 4/10 schedule
- 10+ hour shifts
- Overtime: Mandatory
- Overtime will include either Friday or Saturday, based on operational needs
- Must be flexible to work extended hours and overtime as requiredResponsibilities
- Accurately weigh and measure raw materials according to production formulas and batch instructions.
- Verify ingredients, materials, lot numbers, quantities, and labels before weighing.
- Follow established formulas, recipes, and production procedures.
- Use scales, measuring equipment, and other tools to accurately prepare materials.
- Maintain accurate records of weights, quantities, lot numbers, and batch information.
- Ensure materials are properly identified and staged for production.
- Double-check measurements and documentation to prevent errors.
- Communicate discrepancies, damaged materials, or quality concerns to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and organized weighing area.
- Follow all GMP, safety, quality, and company procedures.
- Handle and move raw materials safely according to established procedures.
- Assist Production and Quality Control teams as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Preweigher, Weigher, Compounder, Batch Maker, or similar manufacturing role preferred.
- Manufacturing or production experience strongly preferred.
- Experience in cosmetics, pharmaceutical, food, or chemical manufacturing is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to read and follow formulas, work instructions, and production documents.
- Basic math skills, including measurements and weights.
- Ability to accurately complete paperwork and production records.
- Basic computer skills preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to work a 4/10 schedule and mandatory overtime.
- Must be available to work either Friday or Saturday for overtime as required.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and move around the production area.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move raw materials as required.
- Ability to work around manufacturing equipment and production materials.
- Must be able to wear required PPE.
- Must be able to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
