We are currently recruiting for a Financial Operations Specialist job in Greensboro, NC. This is a temp to hire, fully on-site role. In this role you are supporting financing and operational processes by managing customer accounts, processing contracts, maintaining documentation, and providing excellent customer service. This position offers an opportunity to support operations, customer service, and contract administration activities in a fast-paced environment while working cross-functionally to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Review and process financing and lease documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Enter and maintain customer and contract information in company systems.
- Support customer onboarding and ongoing account servicing.
- Respond to customer inquiries related to billing, payments, account maintenance, and contract payoffs.
- Maintain contract files, insurance records, title documentation, and other required records.
- Assist with audits, compliance requirements, and documentation management.
- Collaborate with departments such as sales, credit, accounting, legal, and customer service to support business operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
- Assist with training and supporting users on operational procedures and requirements.
- Complete special projects and additional duties as assigned.
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service, financial services, loan processing, lease administration, operations, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience in finance, lending, leasing, or contract administration.
- Knowledge of accounting, credit, or financial operations.
- Experience managing customer accounts and resolving service-related issues.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
