We are looking for an experienced Account Supervisor/Director to guide strategic marketing initiatives for healthcare clients in East York, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, building strong partnerships with medical professionals and administrative leaders while shaping programs that support growth and measurable performance. This position blends senior-level client leadership, business development, and healthcare marketing strategy in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
• Lead day-to-day client relationships, serving as the primary strategic contact for assigned healthcare accounts.
• Create and oversee integrated marketing plans designed to strengthen market presence, increase referrals, and support business objectives.
• Partner with physicians, practice managers, administrators, and other healthcare stakeholders to identify opportunities and align marketing efforts with organizational goals.
• Provide senior account leadership by guiding campaign execution, monitoring progress, and ensuring deliverables meet client expectations.
• Use market insights, client feedback, and performance data to recommend strategic adjustments and improve results over time.
• Support business development efforts by uncovering growth opportunities within existing accounts and helping expand client partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to shape messaging, client experience, and communications that reflect each healthcare brand effectively.
• Contribute to annual planning discussions by setting priorities, defining strategic direction, and establishing success measures for client programs.• Demonstrated experience managing client relationships at a senior level within account service, marketing, or public relations environments.
• Background in healthcare marketing, physician outreach, referral development, or a closely related field.
• Strong ability to build credibility with physicians, operational leaders, and executive stakeholders.
• Proven success developing strategic plans and translating business goals into effective marketing initiatives.
• Experience leading multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and client satisfaction.
• Skilled in interpreting performance results and using insights to guide recommendations and future planning.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the confidence to advise clients and internal teams.
• Proficiency in account management, client experience strategy, annual planning, and high-level strategic direction.
