Job Description
1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM
Three-Day Weekend Every Week

What You'll Do
- Build catheter assemblies from start to finish, including sub-assemblies and final device builds
- Interpret work instructions, engineering drawings, and manufacturing documentation
- Perform critical catheter processes including:
- Liner stretching
- Bonding
- Annealing
- Braiding
- Reflow
- Stringing
- Work under microscopes and with precision measuring tools
- Perform wire-to-wire soldering and electromechanical assemblies for advanced imaging catheters
- Conduct visual inspections to ensure product quality
- Accurately document work in QMS/ERP systems and production records
- Package finished medical devices for shipment
What We're Looking For
3+ years of catheter assembly experience
Experience with full catheter builds from start to finish
Ability to work with small components requiring excellent hand dexterity and attention to detail
Strong communication and documentation skills
High School Diploma or GED
PreferredBalloon catheter experience
Medical device manufacturing experience
Experience working in a cleanroom environment

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
