Turret Operator
Job Description
- Load sheet metal into turret and related fabrication machines safely and efficiently.
- Inspect parts and finished components to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Monitor machine operation and make basic adjustments as needed.
- Learn machine setup procedures for turret, press brake, and punch press equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints and production drawings.
- Follow established fabrication and manufacturing processes.
- Assist with machine programming after demonstrating setup proficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Follow all company safety standards and procedures.
- Minimum of 6 months of machine operating experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and machine operation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work safely around production equipment.
- Reliable attendance and ability to work a 2nd shift schedule.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on increased responsibility.
- Clean, newer manufacturing facility with modern equipment.
- Ongoing investments in technology, lighting, and workplace improvements.
- Strong focus on safety, organization, and employee development.

This position is based in a well-maintained sheet metal fabrication shop featuring modern press brakes, welding bays, updated lighting, and organized inventory systems. The facility offers a bright, open work environment focused on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $54080.00/yr.
