Swing Shift Production Opportunity $21/hr | Paid Training on Days | Weekly Pay!
Ascend Staffing is hiring for a Swing Shift Production Position with a growing manufacturing company. If you're looking for steady hours, weekly pay, and an opportunity to build a long-term career, this could be the job for you!
What We Offer:
$21.00/hour Weekly Pay
MondayFriday schedule
Saturdays as needed
Paid training provided
Temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term career potential

Training Schedule:
Day Shift Training: 5:00 AM 1:30 PM
Training days may extend as late as 5:00 PM based on production needs
Regular Schedule After Training:
Swing Shift: 1:30 PM 10:00 PM Could work OT if needed
Monday Friday
Saturdays as needed
Job Responsibilities:
Perform production and manufacturing duties as assigned
Follow all company safety procedures and policies
Maintain quality standards while meeting production goals
Work effectively as part of a team
Keep work areas clean and organized
Assist with additional tasks as needed
Requirements:
Ability to work the training schedule and transition to swing shift
Reliable attendance and dependable transportation
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Ability to read and accurately use a tape measure
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Must be able to pass any required pre-employment screenings
