Are you passionate about ensuring supplier performance, driving production excellence, and supporting critical Aerospace & Defense programs? Quest Global is looking for Delivery Assurance Field Representatives across multiple locations in the United States.
Locations:
Philadelphia, PA,| Miami, FL | Vergennes, VT, |Beltsville, MD |Seminole, OK
Role: Delivery Assurance Field Representative
Industry: Aerospace & Defense
What You'll Do:
Support supply chain and production planning activities at OEM sites
Monitor production schedules, MRP systems, WIP, and delivery commitments
Identify bottlenecks, perform root cause analysis, and drive corrective actions
Develop and maintain Line of Balance (LOB) to improve production flow and on-time delivery
Collaborate with engineers, buyers, suppliers, and program teams to resolve production challenges
Manage part transition activities and supplier performance initiatives
Prepare reports, document findings, and implement continuous improvement practices
What We're Looking For:
'05; Experience in Supply Chain Management, Production Planning, Manufacturing Operations, or Quality Assurance
'05; Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
'05; Ability to work directly with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams
'05; Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or industrial environments is highly preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay Rate: $28.85 - $33.17 per hour
Mileage reimbursement for travel exceeding 50 miles per day (per IRS guidelines)
✈️ Travel Requirement: 50%+ travel required
Eligibility: U.S. Citizenship required
