You will be part of our Customer Care Center, a high-volume, fast-paced, and metric-driven call center that supports our B2B channels, including Commercial Contractors, Commercial Service (CCS), National Accounts, and International offices.

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour

- Provide exceptional customer service via telephone and written correspondence.
- Assist customers with pre-delivery and post-sales inquiries, including order entry, order status, expedited delivery, pricing, and availability.
- Perform data entry and prepare basic reports.
- Handle phone calls and emails efficiently.
- Offer limited technical support to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
Qualifications
Required:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.
- Knowledge of HVAC products or related industry.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
