Position Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join its growing practice in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation experience, with real estate litigation experience preferred, and be comfortable independently managing litigation matters.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who is motivated by performance-based compensation and interested in earning uncapped quarterly incentives based on billable hours above the firm's annual requirement.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage litigation matters from case inception through resolution.

· Conduct legal research and develop effective litigation strategies.

· Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other legal documents.

· Conduct and defend depositions.

· Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and other court proceedings.

· Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes efficiently.

· Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties.

· Independently manage assigned cases while collaborating with attorneys and support staff.

· Maintain accurate and timely billing records.

Qualifications

· Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

· Active admission to the Texas State Bar.

· Proven litigation experience required.

· Real estate litigation experience preferred.

· Ability to independently manage litigation matters with appropriate guidance and support.

· Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills.

· Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

· Strong work ethic and commitment to client service.

· No history of professional sanctions or disciplinary issues.
