• Participate in release activities by testing updates, assessing business impact, and recommending actions for weekly, monthly, and quarterly changes.
• Investigate support requests, manage ticket resolution through ServiceNow, and confirm that fixes are tested before deployment.
• Contribute to planned enhancement work, follow established change control practices, and maintain clear process and system documentation.
• Partner with stakeholders across HR, finance, payroll, benefits, recruiting, and other functional areas to identify improvements and deliver user support or training as needed.• 3 to 7 or more years of hands-on Workday experience in a production or post-implementation support environment.
• Proven expertise in Workday reporting, integrations, and financial management configuration and support.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to perform root-cause analysis and resolve complex system issues.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders to gather needs, explain solutions, and manage expectations.
• Solid documentation skills with the ability to capture technical logic, process details, and support procedures clearly.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills suited to cross-functional project work and end-user support.
• Familiarity with additional Workday modules such as payroll, benefits, recruiting, timekeeping, learning, or compensation is preferred.
• Workday certification in areas such as integrations, reporting, or financials, along with consulting or contract experience, is a plus.
