Senior Associate Attorney

• Represent clients in family law matters, divorce proceedings, and related civil litigation cases.

• Conduct legal research, draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.

• Provide strategic legal advice, negotiate resolutions, and advocate for client interests.

• Maintain strong client communication and build professional relationships with courts and legal communities.

• Manage case workload effectively while meeting billable hour expectations and quality standards.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• Active admission to the applicable state bar.

• 3+ years of experience in legal services, family law, and/or civil litigation.

• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and ability to work effectively under pressure.
