Location: Longmont, CO

Shift: Monday-Friday | 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Pay: $22-$28/hr DOE

Job Responsibilities
  • Set up, operate, and monitor automated and semi-automated production equipment.
  • Perform precision welding and assembly processes on stainless steel tubing and components.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings.
  • Conduct quality inspections using measuring tools and visual inspection techniques.
  • Make machine adjustments to ensure product quality and production efficiency.
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipment safely and effectively.
  • Assist with light electrical assembly and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Maintain accurate production documentation and records.
  • Follow cleanroom procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes.
Qualifications
  • Previous machine operation, manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Experience using hand tools, measuring devices, and production equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in cleanroom, medical device, semiconductor, aerospace, or high-purity manufacturing environments.
  • TIG welding, fabrication, or precision assembly experience.
  • Electrical assembly or troubleshooting experience.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement practices.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Longmont, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
