Mammography Technologist

We are seeking a Mammography Technologist to perform high-quality screening and diagnostic mammography exams while providing excellent patient care and maintaining radiation safety standards.

Location: Greensboro, NC
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
Pay: $34.50–$51.00/hour, based on experience and qualifications
Top Pay: Up to $55.00/hour for candidates experienced in both Mammography and Breast Ultrasound

Responsibilities

• Perform screening and diagnostic mammography procedures.
• Explain procedures and ensure patient comfort and safety.
• Properly position and immobilize patients for imaging.
• Operate mammography equipment and adjust settings for optimal image quality.
• Review images to ensure they meet diagnostic standards.
• Follow radiation safety, OSHA, and HIPAA guidelines.
• Maintain accurate patient records and use EMR/PACS systems.
• Provide professional and compassionate customer service.

Requirements

• Active ARRT (M) certification – Required
• BLS certification – Required
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of mammography experience preferred.
• Recent Mammography graduates will be considered.
• Experience with both screening and diagnostic mammography preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.
