Job Title: Quality Inspector

Job Description

As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting parts coming off tube benders and other fabrication machines. You will ideally have the ability to read micrometers, calipers, and blueprints, though this is not mandatory. The role involves documentation and requires mobility around the facility. Proficiency in Microsoft software such as Outlook, Word, and Excel is necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret quality control equipment such as calipers and micrometers.
  • Document inspection results and maintain records.
  • Utilize Microsoft software for documentation and communication tasks.
  • Ensure parts meet quality standards and specifications.

Essential Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in a Quality role.
  • Proficiency in reading quality control equipment including calipers and micrometers.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Work Environment

Work in a large fabrication shop on the 1st shift, Monday to Friday, from 6am to 2pm. The environment is relaxed, with a focus on teamwork and achieving goals while enjoying the process.

This is a Permanent position based out of St Michael, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.
