Pay: $18.50 - $23.00 per hour

Schedule Options:

  • 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 2:30 PM - 1:00 AM
    • Includes a 10% shift differential
Position Overview

We are seeking detail-oriented and dependable Production Associates to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the assembly of high-quality electronic products and components in a clean, modern manufacturing environment. Successful candidates will perform a variety of production and assembly tasks while following established procedures, quality standards, and production schedules.

Responsibilities
  • Assemble electronic and electromechanical products according to work instructions, diagrams, and production schedules.
  • Perform hand soldering on wires, connectors, and printed circuit boards (PCBs).
  • Complete cable assemblies, ribbon cable assemblies, and related production tasks.
  • Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Read and interpret assembly instructions, diagrams, blueprints, and manufacturing documentation.
  • Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Complete production documentation and records accurately and on time.
  • Troubleshoot, repair, or rework assemblies as needed.
  • Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies.
  • Work independently and collaboratively to meet daily production goals.
  • Participate in cross-training and skill development opportunities across multiple production areas.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, or electronics assembly environments.
  • Experience with hand soldering, including work with wires, connectors, and PCBs.
  • Knowledge of cable assemblies, ribbon cable assemblies, or electromechanical assemblies.
  • Ability to use hand tools and production equipment safely and effectively.
  • Experience reading blueprints, assembly drawings, schematics, or work instructions.
  • Familiarity with Surface Mount Technology (SMT) processes.
  • Understanding of quality inspection processes and electronic assembly standards.
  • Experience working in cleanroom or controlled manufacturing environments.
  • Knowledge of IPC standards, including IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, and IPC/WHMA-A-620.
  • Experience with circuit board assembly, repair, or rework.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and participate in ongoing training opportunities.

Work Environment

Work in a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility equipped with advanced production technology, SMT lines, and dedicated assembly areas. Team members operate in a clean, temperature-controlled environment while supporting a variety of electronic assembly and production processes focused on quality, safety, and efficiency.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
