Key Responsibilities
- Support monthly close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial analysis.
- Lead consolidation of financial results, including intercompany eliminations and consolidation adjustments.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP and internal policies.
- Assist with technical accounting matters, including business combinations, equity accounting, and other complex transactions.
- Partner with accounting and finance teams to improve processes, enhance controls, and drive operational efficiencies.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting activities.
- Assist with internal and external audits, SOX compliance, and financial statement disclosures.
- Participate in system implementations, automation initiatives, and special projects.
- Research accounting issues and prepare supporting documentation and analyses as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 4+ years of accounting experience, preferably within a public company environment.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with ERP/accounting systems.
- Experience with consolidations, technical accounting, and financial reporting preferred.
- CPA and/or public accounting foundation strongly preferred.
- Experience with enterprise financial systems such as SAP, OneStream, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
- Continuous improvement mentality with a focus on process enhancement and automation.
- Ability to work independently while partnering effectively across teams.
