Collection Analyst

Tulsa, OK | 100% Onsite | Direct Hire

Are you a results-driven professional who enjoys solving problems, building customer relationships, and making an impact? We are seeking a Commercial Collection Analyst to join a growing Tulsa team. In this role, you'll manage customer accounts, resolve outstanding balances, release credit holds, investigate discrepancies, and help improve overall cash flow.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor accounts and identify outstanding balances
  • Review and take action on credit hold accounts
  • Investigate past-due invoices and payment issues
  • Conduct account reconciliations and resolve billing disputes
  • Communicate with customers to secure timely payments
  • Resolve credit and account-related concerns
  • Maintain accurate records within accounting software
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of business to business collections in a fast-paced office
  • Strong knowledge of billing procedures and collection practices
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills

Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
