We are looking for an experienced operations leader to direct day-to-day business performance across warehouse, retail, logistics, and administrative functions in Carpinteria, California. This role is responsible for creating efficient workflows, maintaining strong service standards, and ensuring teams have the structure and support needed to perform at a high level. The ideal candidate brings a hands-on leadership style, sound operational judgment, and the ability to keep multiple departments aligned with company goals.

Responsibilities:
• Lead daily execution across warehouse activity, retail support, transportation coordination, and operational administration to keep business functions running smoothly.
• Establish and uphold operating procedures, workplace safety practices, and performance standards across all departments.
• Drive inventory accuracy by overseeing intake, labeling, storage, movement, cycle counts, and reconciliation processes.
• Coordinate freight activity, vendor shipments, customer pickups, and delivery scheduling to support timely fulfillment.
• Supervise and coach operational staff, including warehouse team members, drivers, and support personnel, while reinforcing accountability and service expectations.
• Address escalated service concerns with professionalism and urgency, helping maintain a positive customer experience.
• Oversee facility upkeep, equipment readiness, and vendor-supported repairs to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Maintain operational records, incident documentation, and reporting metrics, while partnering with leadership on process improvements and performance tracking.
• Allocate labor and resources based on business priorities, special projects, installations, and large-scale moves to meet deadlines effectively.

• 10+ years of experience leading operations, warehouse functions, or logistics teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Demonstrated ability to manage staff performance, provide training, and handle employee issues with professionalism.

• Strong knowledge of inventory control, shipping and receiving processes, and warehouse workflow management.

• Proven skill in coordinating logistics, scheduling deliveries, and balancing multiple operational priorities.

• Effective communication and conflict resolution abilities with both internal teams and customers.

• Comfortable maintaining compliance with company policies, safety expectations, and applicable state regulations.
