You'll serve as the lead legal advisor for North America, partner directly with executive leadership, and gain exposure to a wide variety of legal matters spanning commercial contracts, corporate governance, compliance, employment, litigation management, and strategic transactions.
Designed as a developmental position, this role offers significant visibility, mentorship, and long-term growth potential for an ambitious legal professional seeking broader business and leadership responsibilities.

As North American Counsel, you will support operations across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico while acting as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders. You'll work closely with a highly respected General Counsel who is committed to mentoring future legal leaders and providing meaningful opportunities for professional growth.
This role combines hands-on legal work with strategic business partnership and offers the chance to build leadership experience through management of legal staff and ownership of key legal initiatives.

- Advise on employment law matters across multiple jurisdictions
- Coordinate regional compliance initiatives in partnership with global compliance leadership
- Assist with mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic business initiatives
- Improve contract management processes, legal templates, and governance frameworks
- Mentor and develop legal support staff while helping build the future legal team
⭐ Why This Role Stands Out

• Significant international exposure through collaboration with global legal teams
• Strong mentorship from an experienced and business-oriented General Counsel
• Clear long-term growth potential into more senior legal leadership roles
