  • Use hand tools and production equipment to complete assembly and build tasks according to documented procedures.
  • Manually pair and attach applicators to transmitter components with high accuracy and consistency.
  • Package finished products for shipment to hospitals, ensuring correct labeling, documentation, and product integrity.
  • Inspect products at each stage of the assembly process to identify and remove defective parts or assemblies.
  • Learn and perform each portion of the production line to provide flexible coverage and support across operations.
  • Perform electronic line clearances and accurately enter production and quality data into the Camstar application.

  • Follow all work procedures, build instructions, SOPs, GMP, and GDP requirements without deviation.
  • Adhere to cleanroom protocols, including gowning procedures and contamination control practices.
  • Participate in training processes for new team members and support their onboarding to cleanroom and manufacturing procedures.
  • Provide feedback to engineers on manufacturing quality processes to help identify improvements and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate closely with other employees in a shared production environment while minimizing side chatter to maintain focus and quality.
  • Comply with all safety, PPE, and cleanroom requirements, including restrictions on personal items such as makeup and jewelry.
Essential Skills
  • At least 2 years of medical device manufacturing experience.
  • Previous experience performing manufacturing duties and responsibilities in a cleanroom environment.

  • Capability to learn multiple stations and processes along the production line.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to perform electronic line clearances and data entry in applications such as Camstar.
  • Effective communication skills to support training of new team members and provide feedback to engineers.
  • Reliability and consistency in adhering to safety, cleanliness, and contamination control standards.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Familiarity with medical device quality processes and documentation practices.
  • Experience working under SOP, GMP, and GDP guidelines in a manufacturing environment.
  • Comfort working in a loud, temperature-controlled environment where side chatter is discouraged.
  • Ability to work closely with others in a shared production space while staying focused and collaborative.
  • Willingness to work overtime before the regular shift when needed (overtime preferred but not mandatory).
  • Adaptability to very repetitive tasks and a high-volume, fast-paced production setting.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership over product quality and cleanliness.
Why Work Here?

You join a large, established medical device organization with a family-style culture that values teamwork, reliability, and mutual support. The role offers a strong opportunity to grow your experience in regulated medical manufacturing while working with clearly defined SOP, GMP, and GDP standards. You gain exposure to life-changing healthcare products, develop cleanroom and quality skills that are highly valued in the industry, and build a solid foundation for future career growth.
