We are seeking Warehouse Workers to join our team in a bustling warehouse environment dedicated to the order picking and distribution of beer, wine, and spirits. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the accurate selection and delivery of orders using advanced technology and equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Accurately select and pick orders of spirits, beer, and wine within the warehouse.
  • Use a voice-operated RF device to locate and pick products.
  • Transport picked products using an electric pallet jack or dolly.
  • Deliver orders to designated staging areas as directed by the RF system.
  • Build stable pallets according to customer specifications.
  • Assist drivers with loading and unloading deliveries.
  • Support shipping and receiving operations.
  • Assist with inventory tasks and cycle counts.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Essential Skills
  • At least 6 months of warehouse experience.
  • Experience with order picking, packing, and rf scanning.
  • Ability to lift up to 65 lbs consistently.
  • Proficiency in using pallet jacks and 2-wheel dollies.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced setting.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Forklift experience preferred.
  • Experience staging pallets and loading/unloading.

Work Environment

Our large and clean warehouse in Minneapolis, MN, is a dynamic and structured environment. The facility is heated in the winter, with some areas temperature-controlled to ensure product quality. As a Warehouse Worker, you will work in shifts from Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4:30PM, with a 30-minute lunch break. The dress code includes steel-toed boots/shoes and long pants, with a preference for plain attire. This setting requires careful handling of liquor, wine, and beer products to maintain safety and quality standards.

This is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
