We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support senior leaders through a contract position. This role is ideal for someone who excels at managing complex schedules, coordinating travel logistics, and keeping executive priorities organized in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will bring strong administrative judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion.


Responsibilities:

• Oversee executive calendars by organizing appointments, resolving scheduling conflicts, and ensuring leaders are prepared for daily priorities.

• Arrange domestic and/or work-related travel plans, including itineraries, reservations, and schedule updates, while adapting quickly to changes.

• Coordinate meeting logistics for leadership activities by securing times, preparing materials, and helping sessions run smoothly.

• Process and track expense submissions using Concur, maintaining accuracy and timely completion of supporting documentation.

• Manage correspondence and administrative tasks through Microsoft Outlook and related office tools to keep communication organized and responsive.

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to executive leadership, handling routine requests with efficiency, sound judgment, and attention to detail.

• Maintain confidential information and sensitive records with discretion while supporting leadership operations and follow-up actions.

• Demonstrated experience supporting executives or senior leadership in an administrative or executive assistant capacity.
• Strong background in calendar coordination with the ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines.
• Proven ability to book and coordinate travel arrangements with accuracy and attention to logistical detail.
• Experience using Concur Expense for expense reporting, reconciliation, or related administrative processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, including scheduling, email management, and meeting coordination.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and administrative skills in a detail-oriented office environment.
• Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and interact effectively with executive leadership.
