Mortgage Receptionist LHH Recruitment is working on sourcing for a Mortgage Receptionist to join a growing mortgage/servicing company in East Phoenix. This position will be the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and callers, so we are looking for someone who is polished, friendly, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment. This role is compensating at $21/hr.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, customers, vendors, and employees in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct high-volume incoming phone calls
- Assist customers with general questions and direct them to the appropriate department or team member
- Manage the reception area and maintain a professional office environment
- Monitor and coordinate visitor access and appointments
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and documents
- Schedule meetings and assist with conference room coordination
- Maintain accurate visitor and receptionist logs
- Perform basic data entry and administrative tasks
- Scan, copy, file, and organize mortgage-related documents
- Assist with processing and routing incoming mortgage/servicing correspondence
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed
- Handle sensitive customer and company information with professionalism and confidentiality
- Complete additional administrative and special projects as assigned
- 1+ year of receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative experience
- Must have a valid drivers license and a vehicle
- Mortgage, banking, financial services, or real estate experience is a plus
- Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable answering multiple phone lines and assisting customers
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
- Must be dependable and comfortable working fully onsite Monday-Friday
