Assembler II

Join a manufacturing team building mechanical and electrical products in a clean, temperature-controlled facility. This hands-on role is ideal for candidates with assembly experience and strong mechanical aptitude.

What You'll Do

• Assemble units using hand and power tools
• Install wiring, compressors, insulation, and sealants
• Follow diagrams and work instructions
• Perform quality checks and maintain production standards
• Lift and move parts throughout the shift

What We're Looking For

• Mechanical assembly experience
• Experience with hand tools and power tools
• Wiring or brazing experience preferred
• Ability to stand for 10+ hours and lift 30-40 lbs. regularly
• Steel-toe or composite-toe footwear

Pay & Schedule

• $20/hour
• 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM
• Occasional mandatory overtime on Fridays

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Noblesville, IN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
