MAINTENANCE MECHANIC HVAC

Looking for more than just an HVAC role? This position combines HVAC installation, troubleshooting, and repair with mechanical and facility maintenance in a stable, climate-controlled environment.

• Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot motors, compressors, pumps, controls, electrical systems, and mechanical equipment
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance
• Support facility and building maintenance projects
• Read schematics, diagnose issues, and complete repairs safely and efficiently

• 4+ years of HVAC maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with commercial facilities or industrial maintenance
• HVAC certifications, trade school, or technical training preferred

• Starting pay up to $72,000/year

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $72800.00/yr.
