Job Summary
We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a temporary opportunity supporting local county election communications in Saint Augustine, FL. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who is fluent in English and Spanish and wants to make a meaningful impact during an important community event.
In this public-sector support role, you will help provide clear, accurate, and courteous assistance to individuals with election-related inquiries. Compensation and Schedule
- Pay rate: $20.00 per hour.
- Job type: Contract/Temporary.
- Assignment dates: 9/14 to 11/3.
- Schedule: Full-time, including some weekend hours.
- Shift window: 8 hour shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer service support in both English and Spanish.
- Assist callers or visitors with general inquiries related to the election process.
- Communicate information clearly, accurately, and respectfully to a diverse customer base.
- Document interactions or route questions as needed according to established procedures.
- Maintain a calm, helpful, and service-oriented approach during high-volume periods.
- Support team needs during scheduled weekday and weekend shifts.
