Executive Assistant to the President

Position Overview Our client is seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the President, who leads multiple businesses. This role requires a resourceful professional who can manage shifting priorities, streamline day-to-day operations, and serve as a trusted partner across both professional and personal matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee a dynamic calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and logistics.
  • Prepare presentations, meeting materials, and follow-up action items.
  • Manage communications and act as a liaison with internal and external contacts.
  • Track projects, deadlines, and priorities across multiple business entities.
  • Assist with personal scheduling, travel, and other confidential matters.
  • Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and support special projects.
  • Maintain confidential records and leverage technology to improve efficiency.
  • Accompany the President on select business trips as needed.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience supporting a senior executive, business owner, CEO, or President.
  • Proven success managing complex schedules, travel, and competing priorities.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and modern productivity tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally, including overnight and international travel.

The client offers medical, dental, vision, company paid holidays and up to 15 days of PTO

Pay Details: $95,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
