Join a growing accounting team supporting month-end close, financial reporting, compliance, and process improvement initiatives for a large, complex organization. This role offers exposure to technical accounting, operational reporting, cross-functional collaboration, and opportunities to contribute to system enhancements and continuous improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and monthly close workpapers.
- Support month-end close activities and ensure accurate financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
- Analyze balance sheet and income statement accounts and recommend necessary adjustments.
- Assist with accounting for complex transactions, including revenue recognition, incentives, warranties, debt, and other technical accounting areas.
- Prepare and review financial and operational reports, providing insights to business partners and leadership.
- Support general ledger maintenance, process improvements, and system enhancement initiatives.
- Partner with operations, finance, and FP&A teams to ensure accurate accounting and reporting.
- Assist with internal and external audits, including preparation of schedules, workpapers, and supporting documentation.
- Support SOX compliance activities, internal controls, and financial statement disclosures.
- Research technical accounting matters and prepare supporting analyses and documentation.
- Participate in special projects, system implementations, and process optimization efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 4+ years of accounting experience in public accounting and/or corporate accounting.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting principles.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with ERP/accounting systems.
- Experience with internal controls, audits, and SOX compliance preferred.
- CPA and/or public accounting foundation strongly preferred.
- Experience with SAP, OneStream, or similar financial systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on process efficiencies.
- Ability to work independently while partnering effectively across teams.
