We are looking for an experienced HRIS Manager to support and optimize human resources systems for a Contract position based in Saint Louis, Missouri. This role is ideal for someone who is detail oriented and can translate business needs into effective system solutions while ensuring reliable HR data, reporting, and process performance. The successful candidate will oversee HRIS analysis, contribute to implementation efforts, and partner with stakeholders to improve system functionality and user experience.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the administration and day-to-day performance of HR information systems, ensuring stability, accuracy, and efficient support for HR operations.
• Evaluate current system capabilities, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend practical solutions that align with organizational needs.
• Partner with HR, payroll, and other business teams to gather requirements, resolve issues, and enhance system-driven processes.
• Manage HRIS-related projects, including implementation activities, testing coordination, configuration updates, and rollout support.
• Maintain data integrity by monitoring system records, troubleshooting discrepancies, and establishing effective quality control practices.
• Produce and analyze HR system reports to support decision-making, compliance needs, and operational planning.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for UltiPro HRIS and provide guidance on best practices, functionality, and process improvements.
• Document workflows, system changes, and user procedures to support consistency, training, and ongoing operational effectiveness.• At least 5 years of experience working with human resources information systems in a lead or management capacity.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS administration, analysis, and implementation activities.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms, including experience with UltiPro HRIS.
• Ability to assess business requirements and translate them into system configurations or process recommendations.
• Experience with reporting, data validation, and maintaining high standards of data accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate system issues and drive effective resolution.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a Contract role within a fast-paced environment.
