The company invests in quality and process standards, offering opportunities to build and grow your skills in electronics assembly and IPC practices. You will work a stable weekday schedule with the potential for additional overtime, particularly in peak seasons, which can increase your earnings. The culture emphasizes safety, precision, and continuous improvement, giving you the chance to contribute to high-quality, custom products for a variety of customers.
Work EnvironmentThis role is based in a small, temperature-controlled manufacturing environment that is exceptionally clean and bright, with a layout and feel similar to a laboratory rather than a traditional production floor. You will work on a first-shift schedule, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Overtime is mandatory at times, especially during the summer, and may include working 1–2 Saturdays per month during peak periods. The work involves extended periods of sitting or standing at a workstation, frequent use of microscopes or magnification lights, and regular handling of small components and hand tools.
