Job Description

In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping products moving efficiently through our operation while working in a clean, organized, and climate-controlled facility.

What You'll DoAs a Forklift Operator, you'll help ensure products are received, stored, packaged, and shipped accurately and on time by:
- Operating stand-up forklifts and pallet jacks to safely load, unload, move, and stage materials
- Receiving incoming products and verifying quantities against shipping documentation
- Maintaining accurate inventory records using warehouse management and inventory systems
- Picking orders and preparing shipments to meet customer delivery commitments
- Packaging products according to company quality and shipping standards
- Monitoring packing supply inventory and assisting with replenishment as needed
- Supporting daily warehouse operations through material handling and organization
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Following all safety procedures, equipment guidelines, and warehouse best practices
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of forklift operating experience, preferably with stand-up forklifts
- Experience in warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or material handling environments
- Basic computer skills and experience working with inventory or warehouse management systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when counting, documenting, and handling products
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
- High school diploma or GED
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with order picking, loading/unloading, and inventory control
- Familiarity with pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
- Shipping and packaging experience
- RF scanner or inventory tracking experience
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Clean, climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Consistent daytime schedule with no overnight shifts

Monday - Thursday: 7:00 AM - 4:45 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM

Work EnvironmentThis role is based in a modern, climate-controlled warehouse designed with employee comfort and safety in mind. Team members regularly operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment while using computer-based inventory systems. The position involves standing, walking, lifting, and moving materials throughout the workday.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.50 - $19.50/hr.
