Mammography Technologist - ARRT(M) | Competitive Pay + Career Growth

The Mammography Technologist at our Greensboro, NC facility plays a critical role in performing both screening and diagnostic mammography exams to ensure high-quality breast imaging. This position offers competitive pay, a Monday through Friday schedule with 8-hour shifts, and opportunities for career growth. Candidates skilled in both Mammography and Breast Ultrasound may qualify for top-tier pay incentives.

• Location: Greensboro, NC
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
• Experience: 1+ year preferred; recent Mammography graduates considered
• Shift: Days / Monday–Friday

Responsibilities

• Perform screening and diagnostic mammography exams
• Operate mammography equipment and produce high-quality breast images
• Properly position and immobilize patients for imaging
• Explain procedures and provide excellent patient care
• Evaluate images for diagnostic quality and adjust imaging parameters as needed
• Follow radiation safety protocols and maintain OSHA and HIPAA compliance
• Work effectively with EMR and PACS systems
• Assist with moving and positioning patients
• Maintain a high standard of customer service

Required Qualifications

• Active ARRT(M) certification
• BLS certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Recent Mammography graduates considered
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Intermediate computer skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced patient environment
• Physically capable of standing, walking, lifting, pushing/pulling, and assisting patients

Pay

• Pay: $34.50–$51/hour
• Top Rate: Up to $55/hour for candidates skilled in both Mammography and Breast Ultrasound
