About the Opportunity

We're partnering with a well-established organization in the healthcare space that is looking to add a Payroll Specialist to its growing payroll team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys owning payroll from start to finish, solving problems, and serving as a key resource for employees and operational leaders. This role also offers exposure to a payroll system implementation and long-term career growth beyond traditional payroll processing responsibilities.

What You'll Be Doing

• Process full-cycle payroll for multiple entities across several states
• Manage payroll accuracy, compliance, reconciliations, and payroll reporting
• Partner with field leaders and employees to answer payroll and timekeeping questions
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and complex payroll issues
• Support garnishments, employment verifications, unemployment requests, and related payroll activities
• Assist with timekeeping administration and ensure accurate transfer of employee data
• Contribute to payroll process improvements and upcoming system initiatives
• Serve as a resource for payroll compliance, taxes, and wage and hour questions

What We're Looking For

• Full-cycle payroll experience with the ability to independently own payroll processing
• Multi-state payroll experience
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Experience working directly with employees and managers to resolve payroll questions
• Comfortable navigating payroll systems and timekeeping platforms
• ADP experience is preferred but not required
• Someone who enjoys problem-solving, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvement

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $65,000 - $70,000 annually

In addition to base compensation, a comprehensive benefits package is available. Details regarding medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits will be shared during the interview process.

This position is being recruited by LHH on behalf of a confidential client. All inquiries will be handled with discretion.

Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
