Charlie Gilmur with Robert Half is searching for a Project Manager to lead advertising and marketing initiatives from initial agreement through final delivery in Beaverton, Oregon. This role combines hands-on project leadership with strong coordination across cross-functional teams to keep schedules, budgets, and deliverables on track. The ideal candidate brings a sharp eye for detail, sound business judgment, and the ability to maintain momentum across multiple priorities while supporting successful client outcomes.


Responsibilities:

• Direct projects through the full lifecycle, from kickoff and planning to execution, delivery, and closeout.

• Guide advertising campaign activity to ensure milestones are met, scope remains controlled, and final outputs align with client expectations.

• Build and maintain comprehensive project plans that outline timelines, resource needs, budgets, and key execution steps.

• Coordinate the work of Project Coordinators by assigning priorities, clarifying responsibilities, and following progress against deadlines.

• Monitor financial and operational performance to support profitable delivery and overall project success.

• Identify project risks, address issues quickly, and communicate status updates to stakeholders throughout each phase of work.

• Maintain organized project records, reports, and documentation to support visibility, accountability, and informed decision-making.

• Partner with internal teams across functions to keep workstreams aligned and ensure smooth collaboration from start to finish.

• Demonstrated experience managing projects in a marketing, advertising, or related business environment.
• Strong knowledge of cross-functional project management methods, including planning, scheduling, and task coordination.
• Ability to develop and manage budgets, timelines, and project documentation with a high degree of accuracy.
• Proficiency with monday.com or similar project management platforms used to track progress and team activity.
• Experience working with data queries, data manipulation language, or Microsoft Access queries for reporting and analysis.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear updates, coordinate stakeholders, and resolve challenges effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple active priorities while meeting deadlines.
