Maintenance Mechanic

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting mechanical systems, supporting equipment reliability, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Schedule & Pay

• Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM
• 2-2-3 rotating schedule
• Approximately 60 days of paid training on day shift
• Pay: $42.18/hour including shift differential
• Annual earnings: $87,360 per year

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial mechanical maintenance experience (2+ years may be considered in food manufacturing environments).
• Experience troubleshooting production equipment in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and basic electrical troubleshooting.
• Safety-focused mindset and strong attention to detail.
• Experience working in GMP or regulated manufacturing environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment and conveyor systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Complete equipment changeovers, inspections, and routine servicing.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders.
• Maintain maintenance logs and documentation to meet safety and regulatory requirements.
• Support continuous improvement efforts to maximize equipment uptime and efficiency.
• Follow all safety policies, GMPs, SOPs, and manufacturing procedures.

This is a Permanent position based out of LONGMONT, CO.

The pay range for this position is $87360.00 - $87360.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
