Trademark Litigation Paralegal

A national full-service law firm in downtown Seattle is seeking a Trademark Paralegal to support multiple attorneys on Trademark enforcement and litigation matters for technology industry clients.

The salary range is 100-165k base with additional objective and subjective bonus earnings. They have a full benefits package including multiple options for medical, dental, vision, life and AD& D, 11 paid holidays, 4 weeks PTO (inclusive of sick time), and additional HSA contributions, transportations benefits and additional perks.

This role offers employees the option to work hybrid or fully remote, with the exception of being present in office for trial. Candidates must reside within a reasonable commute distance from the office to be considered, as travel for trial is not supported.

Ideal candidates will meet the following criteria:

- 5+ years of experience as a paralegal

- 1+ years of experience supporting Trademark enforcement and litigation matters

- Prior experience handling TTAB filings

- Litigation skills such as preparing and filing documents, and prepping for trial
