What You'll DoLead Projects from Start to Finish
You'll be the person keeping projects moving, teams aligned, and clients confident.
- Manage projects through all phases of design and construction
- Oversee scope, budgets, schedules, staffing, and deliverables
- Keep projects on track while maintaining quality and client satisfaction
- Anticipate potential roadblocks and proactively solve problems
You're passionate about both the art and science of architecture.
- Participate in design development and construction documentation
- Utilize Revit to create coordinated and innovative project solutions
- Ensure designs meet client goals, building codes, and industry standards
- Champion quality throughout every stage of the project

What You BringRequired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
- 10+ years of professional architectural experience
- Licensed Architect or actively pursuing licensure
- Advanced proficiency in Revit and working knowledge of AutoCAD
- Experience managing complex architectural projects
- Demonstrated success leading project teams and coordinating consultants
- Strong knowledge of design, construction documentation, and construction administration
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence leading meetings and managing client expectations
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- A proactive mindset and natural leadership presence
- The ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality
- Experience with commercial, retail, hospitality, or K-12 projects
- Multi-site or prototype-driven design experience
- Experience managing projects across multiple markets and jurisdictions
