Schedule: Full-Time | Exempt
Compensation: $105,000 - $115,000 annually
Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to oversee complex customer and internal projects from initial order receipt through final delivery and project completion. This leadership role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, mitigating risks, and ensuring successful execution across domestic and international operations.
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in manufacturing or industrial environments and excels at driving collaboration between engineering, production, supply chain, and business teams to achieve operational and customer objectives.

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to oversee complex customer and internal projects from initial order receipt through final delivery and project completion. This leadership role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, mitigating risks, and ensuring successful execution across domestic and international operations.
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in manufacturing or industrial environments and excels at driving collaboration between engineering, production, supply chain, and business teams to achieve operational and customer objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects through all phases of execution, from planning and launch through delivery and closure.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, resource plans, and risk assessments.
- Coordinate activities between engineering, manufacturing, logistics, quality, and commercial teams to ensure timely execution.
- Lead project kickoff meetings, status reviews, and post-project evaluations.
- Monitor project performance and proactively address issues that may impact schedule, cost, quality, or customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing clear communication and regular progress updates.
- Collaborate with U.S. and international teams to ensure alignment on deliverables, priorities, and deadlines.
- Establish and maintain project governance processes, reporting standards, and documentation requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, cycle-time reduction, and operational excellence.
- Support the implementation and enhancement of project management systems, tools, and reporting capabilities.
- Mentor and support Project Managers and Coordinators, helping develop best practices and execution consistency.
- Foster accountability, performance, and teamwork across project teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 7 years of project management experience within manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or technical environments.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, production scheduling, engineering change processes, and supply chain coordination.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with project management platforms such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar tools.
- Working knowledge of ERP and business systems such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, or related platforms.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid frameworks.
- PMP certification preferred but not required.
- Ability to travel up to 20-30% domestically and occasionally internationally to support customers, suppliers, and global project teams.
Pay Details: $105,000.00 to $115,000.00 per year
