Job Summary
The CNC Mill Machinist performs CNC mill set-ups, programming, and machining operations for production and prototype parts. This role requires strong blueprint reading, GD&T knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to produce high-quality components within tight tolerances.
Responsibilities- Set up and operate CNC mills for production and prototype machining.
- Perform tool changes, offsets, and program edits to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and work instructions.
- Develop machining processes and work instructions for new prototype parts.
- Troubleshoot CNC programs, tooling, equipment, and machining issues.
- Inspect parts using precision measuring tools and maintain quality standards.
- Work with G-code and Mazatrol controls.
- Support a safe, organized, and team-oriented shop environment.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2+ years of CNC mill setup and machining experience.
- Experience with production and prototype machining.
- Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge.
- Experience with tool offsets, CNC programming, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency with precision measuring equipment.
- Knowledge of G-code; Mazatrol experience preferred.
- Haas CNC mill experience.
- Prototype machining and process development experience.
- CAD software familiarity.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Liberty Lake, WA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
