Join our team as a Cleanroom Technician, where you will perform a variety of tasks including loading and unloading cleaning equipment, assembly, inspection, and testing. Your role will involve operating air and electric drivers, LPC testing, bag sealers, and ultrasonic wash equipment. You will be expected to adapt to different production areas and maintain proper use of PPE.

Responsibilities
  • Load and unload various types of cleaning equipment and perform miscellaneous assembly tasks.
  • Inspect, clean, and test parts using alcohol wiping, swabbing, nitrogen dry parts, leak, function, and flow testing.
  • Bag, package, and label products according to instructions.
  • Operate air and electric drivers, LPC testing, bag sealers, and ultrasonic wash equipment.
  • Train and work in other production areas as required by the production schedule.
  • Work in the cleanroom, clean line, or assembly areas based on workflow demands.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas following safety and cleanroom requirements.
  • Use appropriate safety and PPE equipment such as coveralls, boots, hairnets, face shields, and gloves.
  • Identify and report deviations that could impact productivity.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to maintain departmental standards, including quality and delivery goals.
  • Complete logs and necessary documentation with accuracy.
Essential Skills
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a cleanroom environment is a plus.
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong manual dexterity and visual acuity.
  • Attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety.
  • Proficiency in verbal and written communication.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle fragile products and perform repetitive tasks.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in inspection of parts, multitasking, packaging, and computer data entry.
  • Familiarity with 5S standards and general production practices.
  • Mechanically inclined with the ability to perform a sequence of operations consistently.
  • Good team player who aids others in maintaining quality and on-time delivery goals.

Work Environment

Work in a cleanroom environment while wearing a bunny suit. The role involves standing for long periods and following all safety and cleanroom protocols.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Fremont, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
