Job Title: Electrical Assembler
Job Summary
We are seeking an Assembly Technician to wire and assemble electrical control panels in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment. This position involves reading blueprints and electrical schematics, performing electrical and mechanical assembly, and ensuring products meet quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Wire and assemble control panels using blueprints, schematics, and ladder diagrams.
- Gather and organize materials, wires, and components for production.
- Perform electrical wiring, mechanical assembly, and electrical cabinet fabrication.
- Use hand tools to complete assembly tasks safely and accurately.
- Inspect completed panels for quality and compliance with specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and ladder diagrams.
- Electrical wiring or assembly experience, or related technical training.
- Knowledge of basic electrical theory and control panel wiring.
- Experience using hand tools and performing mechanical assembly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
- Ability to work 3rd shift (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday to Friday).
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree or technical certification in Electrical/Electronics or related field.
- Control panel wiring experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Mechanical assembly experience and troubleshooting skills.
- Entry-level candidates with relevant technical training are encouraged to apply.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of St. Louis, MO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
