We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Technicians to help keep our production equipment and facility operating safely and efficiently. If you enjoy troubleshooting, repairing equipment, and working in a hands-on manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment
- Perform preventive and routine maintenance on machinery
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
- Install and repair motors, wiring, sensors, and facility equipment
- Read blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals
- Use hand tools, power tools, meters, and maintenance equipment
- Support a safe and efficient work environment
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong electrical troubleshooting skills, including PLCs and drives
- Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Technical training, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience preferred
Preferred Experience
- Injection molding or thermoforming equipment
- PLC programming and troubleshooting
- High-speed manufacturing equipment
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable climbing ladders, stairs, and equipment as needed

Work Environment
This position works in a manufacturing facility with exposure to machinery, noise, oils, plastics, and chemicals. Safety is a top priority, and proper PPE is provided.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $32.00 - $36.00/hr.
