We are recruiting for a Parts Sales & Operations Coordinator job in Greensboro, NC. This is a fully on-site position. In this role you support customers and the sales team by providing quotes, answering product inquiries, maintaining product information, and assisting with order processing. This role helps ensure accurate product data, timely communication, and efficient order fulfillment. We are ideally looking for someone who has spare parts or procurement experience.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to product and parts inquiries from customers and the sales team.
- Prepare and provide pricing quotes.
- Communicate order status, shipping updates, and delivery information.
- Research and resolve product-related questions.
- Provide professional and responsive customer support.
- Create and update product records in company systems.
- Maintain accurate product descriptions, pricing, vendor information, and product categories.
- Ensure product data is complete and up to date.
- Support inventory, purchasing, and sales activities through accurate record keeping.
- Maintain accurate product information for online ordering platforms.
- Update product details, pricing, and vendor information as needed.
- Assist in improving the online customer purchasing experience.
- Process purchase orders with approved suppliers.
- Coordinate shipments and follow up on order confirmations.
- Work with vendors to support timely order fulfillment.
- Bachelors or Associates Degree required.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, purchasing, operations, or a related field.
- Experience using ERP, CRM, or other business systems.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Experience maintaining product information or records is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
