Job Description
The Distribution Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately receiving, storing, picking, loading, and shipping products while supporting safe and efficient warehouse operations. Warehouse Associates will be responsible for operating forklifts, pallet jacks, hand dollies, and other warehouse equipment to transport material while tracking inventory using an RF Scanner.
Shifts
$21.50/hr 1st shift: Mon-Fri 7:00am - 3:30pm
$23.65/hr 2nd shift: Mon-Fri 11:00am - 7:30pm
$23.65/hr 3rd shift Sun-Thurs 7:30pm - 4:30am
Employees may need to work overtime as the business requires.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, order pickers, hand dollies, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Receive inbound freight and accurately stock materials within the warehouse.
- Pull, package, and ship outbound freight according to order specifications.
- Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Support daily warehouse operations while following established safety procedures and operational standards.
Essential Skills
- Experience using a sit-down forklift.
- Proficiency in operating RF scanners.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Experience in picking, packing, and inventory management.
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes.
- Capability to operate a pallet jack and perform unloading tasks.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $44720.00 - $49192.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
