Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Brunswick, ME. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating milling machines to produce a variety of components and materials. This position requires a minimum of 1-2 years of experience with similar machinery or equivalent schooling.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate milling machines to produce various components and materials.
- Ensure machines are functioning efficiently and safely.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Essential Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in machine operation (CNC preferred).
- Ability to read and interpret written instructions.
- Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset.
- Attention to detail and self-starter attitude.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic production environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience operating forklifts.
- General labor and machining skills.

Work Environment
Work in a large open warehouse, assembly department, and machine shop. Enjoy natural light from large windows. Although the space is not temperature controlled, large garage bays and fans keep it cooler in the summer. You are allowed to wear wired headphones during shifts. Steel or composite toe shoes are required, and safety glasses are provided.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
