• Set up and operate CNC Swiss machines to manufacture precision medical components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
• Install tooling, set tool offsets, and make machine adjustments during setups.
• Perform tool changes and monitor tool wear to maintain production efficiency.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and make process adjustments as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with medical manufacturing standards.
• Collaborate with machining, quality, engineering, and production teams to meet manufacturing goals.

• Minimum 2 years of CNC Swiss machining experience in a production environment.
• Experience with Tsugami, Citizen, Star, or similar Swiss CNC machines.
• At least 6 months of machine setup experience, including tooling changes and offset adjustments.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of precision machining and tight-tolerance manufacturing.
• Commitment to producing high-quality components in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Coon Rapids, MN.

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $104000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
